Movement & Physical Health Resources While Practicing Physical Distancing

I’m intentionally not using the phrase “social distancing” here. Now, more than ever, we need social connection and social proximity. This really is about physical distancing. However, the need to practice social isolation doesn’t mean we can’t still keep our bodies active. Arguably, it has become more important to be deliberate with our physical movement routines since we are no longer accessing classes and venues for physical activities outside the home.

Tap into the following resources to stay active for both physical and mental health. In an effort to trim down on time compiling this list, I have not necessarily added web pages or links. However, a quick google search should allow you to find them online or on facebook.
