Foundations of Infant Sleep for Professionals Day 1

Join this two day workshop for therapists, IBCLCs, Infant Development Consultants, chiropractors, naturopaths, doulas, and other professionals who work with infants or their tired parents.

Learn how sleep develops, what barriers get in the way of sleep, and strategies for supporting sleep.

This workshop approaches sleep as a developmental process that is highly influenced by the environment. Environment includes an infant’s physical space as well as the social-emotional environment through attachment and nervous system regulation.

In this workshop, Heather explores the research and evidence-based strategies that she uses with her clients to provide you with a framework for supporting sleep when it inevitably comes up during your work with familes.
